On-line Donation Form
Using our on-line donation form you can:
- Donate now using your credit card or PayPal account, or
- Choose the Bill Me option.
If you use a credit card or PayPal account, PayPal will securely process your financial transaction. None of your financial information will be stored on our website.
If you choose the Bill Me option we will send you a bill based on the information you provided on the form.

Monthly Donations
A monthly donation is a donation amount that will be paid each month for a specified number of months which is similar to a pledge. You can choose to process the monthly donation using a PayPal account or you can choose the Bill Me option. If you do not currently have a PayPal account it is easy and free to set one up.

If you choose to make your monthly donation now your PayPal account will be charged immediately for the first payment towards your total gift. Your PayPal account will automatically be charged each month until your total pledge/gift amount is reached.

One-Time Donation
A one-time donation is a single gift to Partners in Charity. You can choose to process the donation now securely on-line with a credit card or a PayPal account or you can choose the Bill Me option.

Matching Gift
Many companies match or even double gifts made by current employees, employees’ spouses, and even retirees. Please use our matching gift lookup tool to see if your donation is eligible for a match. Look for instructions on the dollar amount that they will match. Please provide the employer's name and the matching gift amount on our on-line donation form, pledge form or with your check. In addition, please also gather the required forms from your employer and send them to Partners in Charity to ensure that we receive the full benefit of your donation.
