Please use this matching gift lookup tool to see if your donation is eligible for a match. Look for instructions on the dollar amount that they will match. Please provide the employer's name and the matching gift amount on our on-line donation form, pledge form or with your check. In addition, please also gather the required forms from your employer and send them to Partners in Charity to ensure that we receive the full benefit of your donation.
